Terms of Use and Sale

Effective 12 October 2026

These terms (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and the seller of the OneKlick online image service at oneklick.space (the “Service”). They also set out how you may use the Service.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The seller is an individual entrepreneur (sole trader) registered in the Russian Federation, named in the seller details on the Contacts page and at the end of this document (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”). The Seller is the party that provides the Service to you.

These Terms are governed by Russian law, as set out in section 14. Nothing in them takes away mandatory consumer rights that you have under the law of your country of residence.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy credits.

To buy credits or keep your history you need an account, registered with a valid email address and a password. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your login details confidential, and not to share your account. One person may hold one account. Creating several accounts to get the free starting credits again is not allowed (see section 12).

You accept these Terms when you create an account and tick the box at sign-up that confirms you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the consent to processing of personal data described in it.

3. What the Service does

You upload a photo that you are allowed to use, choose a scenario and a style, and may add a headline and other instructions. The Service sends the request to an AI model provider and returns one or more images and, where offered, short animated videos. You can view the results, edit the text and composition, and download them.

Free results are available for download at a reduced size and carry a OneKlick watermark. They are a demonstration version, not a file ready for commercial use. A full-size file without the watermark is unlocked after your first successful purchase on the account (see section 5).

4. Credits

Credits are the internal unit of account of the Service. Credits are not money, not an electronic payment instrument and not a security. They cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash, except as set out in the Refunds policy.

  • A new account receives 50 credits free of charge, once.
  • Each paid operation has a price in credits. The price is shown to you before you confirm the operation; for example, a standard-quality image costs 50 credits.
  • Credits are deducted only when a result has been produced. If processing fails and no result is produced, the credits for that operation are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Editing the text or the composition of a result, and downloading a result you have already created, use no credits.

Credits stay on your account for as long as your account exists.

5. Prices, payment and packages

Prices and the currency are shown at checkout, before you pay. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge. You pay by bank card through our payment providers; we never see your card details.

Packages of credits are one-time purchases. The Service does not currently offer subscriptions. Buying credits is always optional: you can use the Service within the free credits.

After any successful purchase of any package, you can download full-size results without the watermark. This applies permanently to all results on your account, including results created before that purchase.

Payments are processed by the payment providers named in the Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your full card number.

6. Delivery of the digital service

The Service is a digital service. Results are made available in your account online when they are ready. No physical goods are shipped. The service is provided as soon as you start an operation. For your right of withdrawal in the EU and UK, see the Refunds policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may upload only photos that you own or are otherwise allowed to use: your own photos, or photos for which you have the permission of the rights holder and of every identifiable person shown.

You may animate or otherwise change a photo of a person only if that person has agreed to it. If the person is a minor, a parent or guardian must have agreed.

The “Remove watermark / text” tool may be used only on images that you own or are authorised to change. You must not use it to remove a third party’s watermark, copyright notice or credit line, for example from a stock photo or another creator’s work.

You must not use the Service to create or share content that:

  • is illegal in your country or in the place where it is shared;
  • sexualises minors, or is any other sexual content involving minors;
  • is non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • harasses, threatens or defames a real person;
  • impersonates a real person or organisation, or is designed to make people believe that a real person appears in it or said or did something they did not;
  • infringes intellectual property rights or privacy;
  • promotes hatred or violence against people;
  • is used for fraud.

You must not bypass technical limits or payment requirements, access the Service by automated means other than the normal interface, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or share your account.

Copyright notices (DMCA). If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact details in the Contacts section, marked “Copyright notice”, with the information needed to identify the work and the material, your contact details, and a statement made in good faith. Send copyright notices to support@oneklick.space.

8. Your content and the results

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us only the limited permission needed to store and process them in order to provide the Service.

Subject to these Terms, you may use results created from your content for lawful purposes, including commercial use. The watermarked free results are limited to the demonstration use described in section 3. Full-size results unlocked by a purchase have no such limit.

We do not promise that AI-generated images can be protected by copyright or trademark in any country. Rules differ between countries; in some, including the United States, works generated without sufficient human authorship may not be protected.

You are responsible for how you use the results, including compliance with advertising, publicity and labelling rules that apply to you.

9. AI-generated content

The images and videos produced by the Service are created or modified automatically using artificial intelligence. They do not necessarily show real people, places or products accurately.

If you publish or use AI-generated content that shows realistic people, places or events, you are responsible for disclosing that it is AI-generated wherever the law requires it, for example under Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act or state laws on synthetic media.

On the site we say plainly that results are created or changed automatically. Downloaded files do not carry a separate marker, so label them yourself where the law requires it.

10. Results may differ

AI results depend on the photo, the chosen scenario and style, and the wording of your request. They are probabilistic. We do not guarantee that a result will meet your expectations or match a particular artistic style.

An operation counts as delivered when a technically valid result is produced. Credits are not charged for an operation that fails. This does not limit any mandatory right that you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including any right to a result that conforms to what was described.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and the Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit.

The Seller’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the price of paid services that were not provided properly, in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, or any mandatory consumer right.

12. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend an account, temporarily or permanently, if we find that the account:

  • has been created by one person as one of several accounts to obtain free credits again;
  • is used for automated access other than through the normal interface;
  • is used in breach of section 7.

If we suspend an account for a breach of section 7, we do not refund the credits spent on the prohibited content. We tell you the reason when you contact support.

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may change the scenarios, styles and features of the Service. Credits that you have paid for and not yet used, and your unlock of watermark-free downloads, remain in place.

If we stop running the Service altogether, we will tell users in advance, in the product, and explain what happens to unused credits. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the product.

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version at the same address. We tell registered users about material changes by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, where the Seller is registered.

This does not take away mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. If you live in the EU or the UK, the mandatory consumer rules of your country continue to apply to you. If you are a consumer in the United States, state consumer protection laws continue to apply.

Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Russian Federation at the Seller’s place of registration. Where mandatory law gives you the right to sue in your country of residence, that right is not affected.

These Terms are published in Russian and English. The English text is provided for convenience. For users of the English version of the site, the English text applies.
